Whether you need a one or two rollers to fix a problem or a whole batch of rollers to rejuvenate your entire conveyor line, Advance Conveyors manufacture rollers to suit your exact requirements.

We manufacture all kind of conveyor rollers including gravity, sprocket driven, chain driven, or band driven rollers (line shaft conveyors). Our rollers have options for precision and semi precision bearings depending on the application.

For our chain driven conveyors, we offer both plastic and steel sprocket to suit customers’ needs. These types of rollers are used to slow, or maintain a certain speed of a line, mainly gravity.

Conveyor Roller Types Available:

Gravity Rollers

Free-running rollers with no drive mechanism

  • Applications: Warehousing, carton conveyors, assembly lines, and pick/pack stations
  • Features: Low cost, easy to replace, available in light, medium, and heavy-duty options

Plastic / PVC Rollers

Lightweight rollers made from PVC, fitted with semi or precision bearings in either stainless or mild steel

  • Applications: Food-grade environments, light cartons, corrosion-sensitive areas
  • Features: Low noise, water resistant, economical, suited for washdown areas

Stainless Steel Rollers

Corrosion-resistant rollers, often with sealed stainless bearings

  • Applications: Food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and hygiene-critical environments
  • Features: Resistant to water, chemicals, and cleaning agents; hygienic finish

Line Shaft / Band-Driven Rollers

Driven by round polyurethane belts or bands connected to a rotating line shaft

  • Applications: Lightweight carton handling, packaging conveyors, order picking systems
  • Features: Economical, suitable for low to medium loads, relatively quiet operation

Grooved Rollers

Rollers machined with one or more grooves for O-rings or poly-V belts (often twin grooves for roller-to-roller power transmission)

  • Applications: FMCG and carton conveyors, zone-divided accumulation systems
  • Features: Positive drive, ideal for controlled product movement and accumulation conveyors

Chain-Driven Rollers

Rollers fitted with sprockets (simplex or duplex) to transmit drive via roller chain

  • Applications: Pallet conveyors, drums, heavy cartons, and bulk handling
  • Features: Very durable, suited for high loads and continuous operation

Belt Driven Rollers

Rollers fitted with Micro-V or Timing belt heads to transmit drive via belts

  • Applications: Fast conveyors, start/stop applications, reversible conveyors, heavy cartons, and accumulation systems
  • Features: Very durable, suited for high speed, high loads, accumulation and/or continuous operation

Tapered Rollers

Rollers fitted with tapered sleeves allowing products to track smoothly around curves

  • Applications: Carton conveyors, pallet handling curves, FMCG production lines
  • Features: Available with the internal roller in stainless, zinc or galvanised steel with plastic tapered sleeves fitted. Can be supplied with sprockets, micro-V or grooves for driving

Motorised Drive Rollers (MDRs)

Rollers with integrated 24V or 48V electric motors. Each MDR can power a short conveyor zone to provide zoned drive, accumulation with zero pressure or discreet control of product movement. Also provides power savings over continuous drive motors

  • Applications: FMCG production lines, e-commerce distribution centres, parcel handling
  • Features: Plug-and-play, energy efficient, low maintenance

Accumulation Rollers

Rollers with built-in friction or slip mechanisms

  • Applications: Low-pressure accumulation conveyors in FMCG, packaging, warehousing
  • Features: Allows product to queue without contact pressure, preventing damage

Specialty & Coated Rollers

Rollers coated or lagged with PVC sleeves, polyurethane, rubber, or anti-static materials (can be customised to suit your application)

  • Applications: Delicate product handling, dusty environments, electronics, glass, or furniture conveyors
  • Features: Enhanced grip, anti-marking surfaces, and ESD-safe options.

Rollers can be made to custom lengths to match your existing conveyor frames. We specilise in both short batch or large batch production – our facilities allow us to provide great pricing on large orders or provide quick turnaround time on small short run orders.
